1. BACKGROUND CHECK
This is step one to becoming a parent volunteer.
Due to insurance requirements, all volunteers must fill out a background check prior to going on field trips or going to out of town events if wanting to help with students.
Apply for the background check one time only. Once you have filled out the application there is no need to apply again.

2. PARENT VOLUNTEER FORM (click on link to download this form)
This is step two. Please complete and submit to the school.
Please fill out the parent volunteer form in order to be able to help with field trips, traveling, sporting events, and classroom projects. Turn this completed form in at the downstairs office to Mrs. Reynolds. The driver's license number and auto insurance information should be written on the form and may be emailed, mailed or brought/ sent to the school.
