Calvary Baptist Church will be Celebrating 50 Years this July!
Calvary started as a vision that God laid on Pastor Mark Whittington's heart. God lead him to Conroe in 1974 to begin the great ministry of sharing the Gospel to Montgomery County. Pastor Whittington began to see God bless Calvary and see it grow. Bro Whittington served at Calvary until God chose to call him home in 1998. God lead the men of Calvary to a new pastor to shepherd his people. Pastor Mark Parker became the pastor in July 1998 and has served faithfully the last 26 years. Many souls have been touch by the ministry of Calvary Baptist Church. This July we will be celebrating what God has been able to do through his church on a small two acre facility in Conroe, Texas. God knows no limitations!
